Capital Readiness Programs

Our programs connect business financial education with implementation. We help partners select a pathway based on business stage, identified readiness gaps, and the intended financing conversation. Participation requirements, schedules, and delivery arrangements are confirmed for each engagement.

Cohort

Business Financial Literacy Cohort™

Business Financial Literacy Cohort™ strengthens owners’ understanding of business finances, banking, debt, and cash flow. Participants work toward a financial action plan and organized records that support the next stage of readiness.

Instruction

Small Business Credit Procedures®

Small Business Credit Procedures® provides structured business-credit instruction and implementation support. Participants examine credit-development practices, business-information consistency, and banking preparation, then develop an action plan for their businesses.

Cohort

90-Day Lender-Readiness Cohort™

90-Day Lender-Readiness Cohort™ helps operating businesses prepare for lender review through readiness assessment, practical education, and focused technical assistance. Intended work products include organized lender documentation, a capital-use narrative, and a review of unresolved preparation gaps. Admission requirements are established with the sponsoring partner.

Eight-Week Cohort

AI-Enabled Business Systems & Capital Readiness Cohort™

AI-Enabled Business Systems & Capital Readiness Cohort™ is an eight-week program designed to help operating businesses improve workflows, financial visibility, documentation, and capital planning. Participants develop operating procedures, a cash-flow workflow, an AI-use policy, and a 90-day implementation plan. Financial and lender-facing outputs require human verification.

Program blueprint developed. Partner implementation is available through a scoped engagement.

Workshops

Workshops and focused instruction

FSBO also provides focused sessions on business credit, banking readiness, cash flow, documentation, and Becoming Capital Ready. Workshops can introduce a broader readiness pathway or address a defined participant need.

Program completion documents participation and required work products. Financing approval remains with the lender.

FSBO provides education and technical assistance. Lenders independently determine eligibility, credit approval, loan terms, and any guarantee or collateral requirements.
